Admissions for the session 2019-20 have commenced from 1st June 2019. Deposit hard copy of the form with required documents with in 2 days of filling up the form.

Guidelines for Online Admission Form Filling for Undergraduate (UG) 3rd Year for Session 2019-2020

  1. OnlineAdmissions for Undergraduate (UG) 2nd and 3rd Year for Old & New Students are open.
  2. Read the Guidelines carefully and check your eligibility before filling the Online Admission Form. Only pass candidates in qualifying exam can apply for re-admission/new admission in 2nd and 3rd Year).
  3. Fill the form step by step carefully and correctly. Data for examination form will be sent to the University as per data entered by the applicant in this form. Applicant will be responsible for any inconvenience occur due to wrong data entered in this form.
  4. For OldStudents Only (Re-Admission)
    • Click on APPLY ONLINE tab given on the home page of the college website www.kanoriacollege.in. SelectUGthen 2nd or 3rd Year (whichever is applicable) then login with your SCHOLAR NUMBER AND MOBILE NUMBER (which is given on your ID Card/ Admission Fee Receipt/ Form of Last Year). When logged in, check already input data and fill required details properly and check again.
    • In case if you are unable to open your Online Form for Re-Admission by using Scholar No. and Mobile Number, please contact COLLEGE OFFICE, do not fill fresh form/ any other form. Any form filled wrongly will not be accepted and form-fee will not be refunded in any case.
    • Please enter your correct personal mobile number on which SMS can be sent. Do not enter other's mobile number.
    • Fill personal details,basic details, course details and click on SAVE & CONTINUE.Attach documents (Photograph, Signature, Qualifying Mark-sheet) in the supported file format. Click on SAVE & CONTINUE
    • Payment of Admission Form Fee: Select payment mode& deposit Fee Rs. 500/- online for the admission form through net banking / ATM Card / Debit Card / Credit Card. If payment status is showing failed and amount deducted, contact the college office, do not pay again in this case.
    • Payment of College Fee: After successful payment of Form FeeRs. 500, old eligible/ pass students can pay their College-Fee immediately by login with their Scholar No. and Mobile Number. Select payment mode & deposit College Fee online through net banking / ATM Card / Debit Card / Credit Card.
    • After successful payment of Admission Form Fee and College Fee, take two printouts (one student copy and one office copy) of your Admission Form, Receipt of Rs. 500/- and Receipt of College Fee. (Please take printout of complete form on a single page, adjust scale setting of the browser for this).
    • Submit the printout/ hardcopy of the online admission form, receipt of Rs. 500 and College Fee along with self-attested photo-copies of supporting documents (i.e. qualifying exam mark-sheet)to the concerned Faculty Window of the Office in the college campuswithin two working days after filling and collect the Prospectus. Failing which their online application form shall not be considered
  5. For New Students Only/ New-Admission in 2nd or 3rd Year (Check eligibility from college office before applying)-
    • Click on APPLY ONLINE tab given on the home page of the college website www.kanoriacollege.in. Register yourself and create a new account. When registered, login with your username and password.
    • Please enter your correct personal mobile number on which SMS can be sent. Do not enter other's mobile number.
    • Fill personal details, basic details, course details and click on SAVE & CONTINUE.Attach documents (Photograph, Signature, Qualifying Mark-sheet) in the supported file format. Click on SAVE & CONTINUE.
    • Payment of Admission Form Fee: Select payment mode & deposit Fee Rs. 500/- online for the admission form through net banking / ATM Card / Debit Card / Credit Card. If payment status is showing failed and amount deducted, contact the college office, do not pay again in this case
    • Payment of College Fee- Students seeking new admission in 2nd or 3rd Year, submit Hardcopy of Online Admission Form, Receipt of Rs.500/- along with self-attested photocopies of supporting documents (qualifying Exam Mark Sheet, 10th Mark Sheet (for DoBProof), Latest Caste Category Certificate) to the admission committee in the college campus within two working days of the form filling and collect the Prospectus. Students eligible for ADMISSION should get the FEE PAYMENT LINK generated by the admission committee after verification of the hardcopy and documents.New Admission in UG 2ndand 3rdYear is based on eligibility andsubject to the availability of seats in the applied course.Students passed UG 1st or 2nd Year applying for admission in 2nd or 3rd Year respectively after a gap will be considered as new admission.
    • If you are eligible and after FEE PAYMENT LINK generated, login with your username and password onAPPLY ONLINE tab on the home page of college website or click on the link generated and received on your registered mobile number through SMS and pay the college fee through net banking / ATM Card / Debit Card / Credit Card and take two printouts of College Fee Receipt. Payment link will be active for two days which is subject to availability of seats in desired course
    • After payment of College Fee, submit College Fee Receipt with ORIGINAL T.C. (TC submission only by regular students pass-out fromthe other city's college)within two working days of the payment. Failing which the admission shall stand cancelled
  6. For students seeking admission in COLLEGE HOSTEL, a separate hostel form is required to be filled after filling and payment of college admission form by login with Username and Password on the college website.
  7. After filling the online Hostel Form, pay Hostel Form Fee Rs. 200/- online and take two printouts of Hostel Form and receipt of Rs. 200 along with college admission form. Submit the printout/ hardcopy of the online filled hostel form (with receipt of Rs. 200/-) along with self-attested photo-copies of supporting documents (i.e. Last Year Exam Mark-Sheet& 10th (DoB Proof) Mark-sheet, Latest Caste Category Certificate, ID Address Proof and coloured passport size photo of self and parents/ guardian)to the Hostel Warden. Admission in the Hostel is based on separate merit criteria. Only after payment of college fee, applicant can pay the hostel fee online if selected, through a link generated separately by Hostel Warden. Contact Hostel Warden in case of any query.

Important:

- For any kind of assistance, contact Admission Committee in college campus or contact through phone numbers/ email id given on website on working days only from 10 am to 4 pm.
- In case of payment status failed and amount deducted from the account, do not pay again, contact to college office.
- Inter transfer from one college to another college within the city is not allowed
